trepan-happy

adj. There's nothing quite like a hole in the head. Yay?

Real citation: "My unscientific mind finds it curious, however, that for hundreds of years doctors were recommending that those with peptic ulcers cut back on the Moccona-and-jalapeno sandwiches, and try to relax. One can only guess that doctors told patients to do this because it was in some way effective (this wasn't the trepan-happy middle ages, remember - this was all the way up to the early eighties)."
(James P. Wall, "A Brief, Deranged Word About Ulcers," Oct. 5, 2005, http://writingstatic.blogspot.com/2005/10/brief-deranged-word-about-ulcers.html)

Made-up citation: "If the President were trepan-happy as well as an avid jogger, that would explain a few things."
